4. Magnetic torque type capping head is adopted to realize the functions of capping and capping. The screwing torque is steplessly adjustable, and it has the function of screwing and sealing plastic caps with constant torque.
5. The whole machine adopts advanced technologies such as man-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, and inverter control. With automatic control of the liquid level in the material tank, no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping and other functions. Inverter is used for stepless speed regulation.
6. The suspension bottleneck device is adopted in the whole process, which makes it easier and faster to change the bottle shape.
